CQC Inspection Report Publication
The CQC inspected both acute and community services provided by Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust in April this year.
This was the first time the Trust has been inspected in the new CQC inspection format.
I am delighted to share the outcome of the latest inspection: the CQC rated the Trust as Good overall with a number of our services rated as Outstanding. In each of the CQC’s individual domains: caring, responsive, effective, safe, and well-led, the Trust scored Good.
As I am sure you will agree, this is an excellent outcome for the organisation, especially since over the last two years, we have brought together acute and community services and made great strides towards a fully integrated health and social care organisation.
